Men are supposed to be a stronger race than women. Who ever said so was very wrong. Women being stronger may not be the case physically but mentally and emotionally they are the strongest! Why do men abuse and hit women? Is it a way of showing their strength? No one has to prove anything. The worst part is that there is justification to follow.

Women take all of this with ease without complaining, men think they can dominate. They can take women for granted and do what they feel. But when women get to proving their point, no man can withstand the force and the fury that comes along with it. It’s an act of god when a woman strikes back to the things she has faced or the wrong that a man has done to a her.

But there is a slight hitch to this. It’s that women very rarely get into that zone very often. They choose to live in that mode of oblivion and denial throughout. Women choose to live this way coz they love the man and would do anything. I have always respected women. I have been with one and have respected her with all my heart.

I know a lot of men who respect women. The thought of a man beating a woman or for that matter even thinking of hitting a woman makes me claustrophobic. How can someone think of hitting another person especially when you says that you love that person!

It’s sad but true and I have heard about it! I have heard about the ordeal. It’s a fact! Its difficult to sink in, its difficult to believe but its true and I can vouch for it. What happens in future? How do you live your life and how do you live with a person like that? There are 2 faces to it, one is that the person has a terrifying side and the other is the person loves you tremendously and you forgive the person.

Someone who has been through this can break down, shatter and end up in an asylum. End up being a vegetable, no emotions and no feelings, no reactions!! Your life turns ‘mechanical’ you can’t do anything but just be stuck with your routine. Why do you face it then? You are scared and you fear the person! You fear the physical, emotional, mental trauma that the person is capable of causing even the thought scares you so much that you just decide to stick to it and give in BUT not give up, you live in a dream world that someday something might change and will be able to get out of the rut and lead a saner life with saner things!!

I am an average guy with an average attitude but I respect the women I know! I aint any different and I don’t intend to be different either. I believe in respecting women, they are not your objects of desire and I believe in loving women, they are the foundation of the society that we live in today. They are the ones who play the various roles and don’t even flinch!

I read someone’s blog sometime back and it was about the facets of a woman’s personality and pondered about what women want. They are the only ones who can manage the multiple roles they play and that too so effectively. And they aren’t figments of imaginations or any exaggerations. They are very much alive and we live with them everyday!

I really think, it’s not about wondering what women want but it’s time to take a bow and show the respect they deserve!
