So there’s this excuse of a human being who lives next door to where I work. Every now and then, we at office have heard brutal screams of a woman, evidently getting beaten up by her husband. On one such day we decided to test the idea of bell bajao, and walked up to our neighbour’s front door. He was most offended by our interference when we told him that we had heard “a TV which was too loud” and could he please keep it down. However, the idea worked and the violence stopped. Its been a while since he ‘watched TV’ again I think!
