Domestic Violence remains a pre dominant problem because of lack of express protection of the women under the law. with the coming of the domestic violence Bill too there doesnt seem to be a stop to the violence being perpatrated on the women and what is needed is effective enforcement of the rules and the coming into effect of the law enforcers regime.

Also a drastic shift in the perpective has to be developed. Women have to be empowered to be able to stand against the violence and not feel sacred, insulted, ashamed etc.

Bell Bajao is a step towards that and worth the appreciation it has recieved.
